Bio: Jeremy Sortore is Assistant Professor of Voice & Movement at Utah Valley University. Before moving to Utah, he taught at several institutions in the New York City area. Prior to that, he served as a vocal coach at the American Repertory Theater, an instructor in the ART Institute MFA program, and a teaching fellow in dramatic arts at Harvard University. Jeremy holds an MFA in Voice & Speech Pedagogy from the Moscow Art Theater School, two degrees in classical singing from the University of Colorado, and a post-bacc in communication disorders and speech science. He is an Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®, a Certified Teacher of Knight-Thompson Speechwork, and an active member of the Voice & Speech Trainers Association.
