Bio: Jill Walmsley Zager earned master’s degrees in Theatre Voice from Central School of Speech and Drama in London and Northwestern University. She has taught voice, text, and dialects in professional actor training programs Northwestern University, the University of Illinois and Central School in London and served as the Co-Head of Speech and Dialects and Company Coach for The American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. She has been resident Text and Dialect coach at ACT and the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre. And has coached productions at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, American Conservatory Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, Utah Shakespearean Festival, Steppenwolf, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Drury Lane Water Tower and Oakbrook Theatres, Marriott Lincolnshire Theatre, CollaborAction, and Apple Tree Theatre. She has served as the dialect coach on the films The Game of Their Lives and Life Lottery. An actress for over twenty years Jill is a member of AEA, SAG, and AFTRA.
