Bio: Kevin Flynn was born in Warwickshire, England, and attended the same school as Shakespeare (King Edward VI, Stratford) – although the Bard was in a different year. He subsequently enrolled at the Universities of Bradford, Toulouse, and York, from which he emerged with a BA in modern languages and a teaching qualification. He has never completed his education. After working as a commercial translator and teacher of English in Spain, and as a teacher of French, German, and Spanish in England, he joined the editorial team of Thomas Cook Publishing where, from 1994 until his retirement in 2008, he helped in the production of international railway timetables, maps, and guidebooks. He now lives in Wales, where he has added Welsh to his portfolio of languages. Kevin’s stage roles have included Marcus Aemilius Lepidus (Antony and Cleopatra), Howard Wagner (Death of a Salesman), Mr Sowerberry (Oliver), and the Mayor of Munchkinland (The Wizard of Oz).
