Brazilian and Scottish samples added

We’ve just added one Brazilian and one Scottish sample to IDEA. The Brazilian, the 11th from that country, is a self-submission from a young man in the southern part of the nation, while the Scottish sample, submitted by IDEA Associate Editor Flloyd Kennedy, is the 24th from that country. The latter subject has never lived outside Edinburgh.
