For July Fourth: 8 new U.S. subjects & new senior editor

Happy Fourth of July to all our website visitors from the United States! To help celebrate America’s birthday, we’re adding eight new IDEA subjects: Arizona 6, Illinois 23, Illinois 24, Illinois 25, Illinois 26, Louisiana 10, Louisiana 11, and Louisiana 12.
