Welcome two new Asian subjects

We’re proud to welcome two new Asian subjects to IDEA. The first, courtesy of Associate Editor Aldrin Fauni-Tanos, is Philippines 15. The second, a self-submission, is Guangdong 5, part of our family of Chinese subjects.
